Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is June Home Staging, contactable at info@junehomestaging.com (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the competition, participants must submit their email address via the official competition landing page on the Promoter’s social media pages.
3.2 Entry into the competition is free; however, internet access is required.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

4. Opening and Closing Dates
4.1 The competition opens on Monday 5th January 2026 at 8am GMT.
4.2 The competition closes on Saturday 31st January at 8am GMT.
4.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize is a free stage for up to the value of £5,000 which can be used within 3 months of the closing date of the competition (on or before Friday 31st July 2026). The prize is only for staging for sale projects within Scotland and is for a 4 week rental. If the winner would like the stage for longer, this will be at an additional cost.
5.2 There will be one winner.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection and Marketing
7.1 By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
7.2 Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
7.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available below.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or network or server failure of any kind.

9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.

9.3 This competition and these terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
